Musical America has named Julia Bullock as a 2021 “Artist of the Year: Agent of Change.” Julia receives this honor alongside mezzo-soprano Jamie Barton and opera producer Beth Morrison. Past recipients of this prestigious award include Leonard Bernstein, Igor Stravinsky, Jessye Norman, Anna Netrebko, Yo-Yo Ma, and many more of classical music’s most prolific contributors.
